The Quality Assurance Unit of the University of Antique is a prime mover in supporting the institution in sustaining quality services towards internationalization. It is responsible for helping the institution to reach its strategic objectives of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement. The unit also leads quality processes from the ideation and implementation of procedures to ensure quality assurance, to the execution and evaluation of these procedures to ensure that these are in accordance with international standards. It oversees the total operations of the university in terms of quality assurance and improvement of academic services and management systems to ensure that mechanisms, procedures, and processes are in place to maintain quality level. The unit encourages the active involvement of admin personnel, faculty, and staff in quality improvement across all the University's functions.

The operations of the Quality Assurance Unit are directly under the Office of the President and headed by a Quality Assurance Director, who is closely working with the Quality Management Review Unit. It also works closely with Quality Assurance Coordinators from the extension campuses of Libertad and Caluya, external campuses of Hamtic and Tibiao, and the eight (8) colleges from the main campus in Sibalom.
